Project Details

Formerly the home of the Pipefitters Union in Virginia, this Alexandria project was selectively demolished and rebuilt into high-end luxury condominiums. Brick, cast stone & natural stone was installed on the building and landscape walls to provide a stunning finished look. Amenity areas above the podium level included private patio areas on several floors as the building stepped back, as well as an amazing pool for use by the residents!
